What are you grateful for?
by Customer Service - Monday, April 24 2006, 08:48 PM
It's so easy to get caught up in all of the daily to do's and chaos that it is hard to find the time to think about what we are grateful for.  Keeping a gratitude journal is a great Life Workout.  And here's an opportunity to give it a try.  List three things that you are grateful for today.  They can be big, "My beautiful, healthy children", or small, "I made it to work on time".

Instead of having to think about it a lot.  Give yourself one minute to think of one thing you were grateful for this morning.  For example, I was grateful for a nice, hot cup of coffee this morning.  I added my favorite flavored creamer and took the time to really enjoy it.  It tasted great!

I'm grateful for my new Sleep Number bed (I'm a 35!) so now I can wake up without as sore a back as before.

I'm also grateful for my family and their support while I'm in school earning my degree...and I'm almost done!  Yippee!!!
